  • NEW MEMBERS REQUIRE PROOF OF VACCINATION
  • MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK UPON ENTRY, EXITING AND CHANGE ROOMS!
  • EACH MEMBER WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH A SPRAY BOTTLE OF HOSPITAL GRADE CLEANER TO WIPE EACH MACHINE OR EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE.

We have some exciting news to share with you!

We have partnered with StrongerNow, a fitness coaching company who will be providing personal training, mobile training programs and group classes beginning in November 2021.

StrongerNow will be transforming a section of the back room into a personal training and group class studio with brand new equipment and a fresh look!

If you’re interested in any of these services, you can book a free consultation with StrongerNow here beginning October 4th.
