Greg has been Personal Trainer for over 13 years. Throughout his career tenure he has successfully transformed the way people think and feel about themselves. He adapts to each client’s needs and works diligently to understand each individual’s goals and abilities. Comprehensive training and certifications allow Greg to utilize the most accurate and effective training techniques for any level. His approach to fitness is contagious and he truly understands the importance of getting to know his client. Greg’s personable and charismatic approach to his client sessions encourages and motivate his clients to achieve their personal goals. Greg trains in a variety of areas such as free weights, machine weights, cables, TRX, (kettle bells, battle ropes and your own body weight). With such a broad spectrum of knowledge and a variety of training options, your training experience will be diverse and dynamic while remaining targeted on your goals.

My journey and life in fitness has always been different than others. Growing up I was never good at sports, never athletic and never liked competing. I had dealt with health complications all my life and one way to help resolve some of them was to turn to fitness. I realized that it was time to make a change and the best way to do that was to start getting active and fit. I began working with a personal trainer to achieve my fitness goals. Gaining the experience from working with a personal trainer, I became very passionate about health and fitness, focussing on myself but also noticing that I can impact others with my knowledge. From there I learned more about the human anatomy, mobility, how to properly control your heart rate, weight lifting, and HIIT training which lead to my path in becoming a personal trainer. I work closely with my clients and I thoroughly enjoy personal training because I enjoy seeing how people feel after a tough exercise and the results they have achieved. I have been a personal trainer for 20 years and love every minute of it. I have been in gyms since I was 15 years old working out and getting fit, so I thought to myself why not become a personal trainer; seeing results for myself thinking I can do this for other people so there the journey started. From a young age, I was into sports whatever it was, but my passion was soccer and running. I played soccer in England as a goalkeeper and for a team called Beckenham Town for many years. I also ran for a club called Blackheath Harriers cross country racers doing 200 meters and 400 meters races at home and abroad. I get a lot of satisfaction from my job seeing my clients get the results from all the hard work they put in. As a personal trainer, I still have the passion and motivation to continue to help my existing clients and new clients to successfully reach their goals. My specific skills are circuit training and Plyometrics, the way to burn calories. If you want to get fit, “GET FIT WITH THE BRIT”.

I began my journey into fitness with the focus on positively impacting the lives of others. I turned to personal training because of my own firsthand experience working with a trainer. Back in 2006 we achieved fitness goals beyond my greatest expectations resulting in competing in the 2007 and 2008 IDFA Canadian Classics. I have been very passionate about health and fitness ever since. I thoroughly enjoy personal training because it presents the perfect opportunity to share the knowledge I have gained from my own fitness journey. It is extremely rewarding to take someone from point A to point B and witness their excitement build as they hit numerous self improvement milestones. I work closely with my clients to help them overcome a wide array of challenges and cannot express enough how proud I am of their personal fitness accomplishments. There is no better feeling than helping elevate confidence levels inside and outside of the gym while motivating clients to achieve the physique they desire.
