Core & Stability Ball Excercise

Train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work together efficiently and effectively. This leads to better balance, coordination, and stability in all your daily activities and prevents injuries. This class twice per week will complement your resistance/aerobic training program. It runs twice per week for 6 weeks. The cost of these 12 classes are $180 for members or $240 for non-members ($15-$20/ class)
