MONDAY TO FRIDAY        8:00AM – 8PM

SATURDAY & SUNDAY     9:00AM – 5PM

  • WE WILL BE CLOSING EVERYDAY FROM 2PM-3PM FOR CLEANING AND DISINFECTING!
  • UPON ENTRY YOU WILL NEED A FEW MINUTES FOR OUR COVID-19 SCREENING AND HAVE YOUR TEMPERATURE TAKEN FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE.
  • ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES AND CHILDCARE SERVICES ARE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.
  • MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK UPON ENTRY, EXITING AND CHANGE ROOMS!
  • LOCKERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE!
  • EACH MEMBER WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH A SPRAY BOTTLE OF HOSPITAL GRADE CLEANER TO WIPE EACH MACHINE OR EQUIPMENT BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE.
  • WE ARE ASKING EVERYONE TO PLEASE BE KIND, RESPECTFUL AND COOPERATIVE FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL!!
